NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 26 April 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Crystal Ballroom, 2^nd Floor, the Cityview (城景國際), YMCA, 23 Waterloo Road, Kowloon.

Please note that the current Executive Committee members: Mr. LAU Wing-chung, Patrick, Mr. LEUNG King-fat, Kelvin, LUK Chi-kwong, Dr. WONG Ka-yee, Allison and Mr. YIU Yik-ming, Edmond will finish their term of office in this AGM. Nominations are therefore invited for the vacancies of the Executive Committee for the sessions 2025-2028.  If you wish to make any nomination, please complete the attached Nomination Form and return to the registered office of the Hong Kong Recreation Management Association on or before 16 April 2025.

1. To confirm minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2. To receive reports:
3. from the chairman
4. from the treasurer
5. To elect members for the executive committee
6. To appoint auditor
