It is my pleasure to inform you that the 2024 HKRMA Annual Dinner cum Workshop on Innovative Thinking & Club House Space Utilisation has been scheduled for Saturday, 20 April 2024 at 4:15 pm and 7:00 pm respectively at Grand Ballroom, 2nd floor, Courtyard By Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, 1 On Ping Street, Shatin, N. T. You are cordially invited to attend these meaningful events and share the happiness with all members. The programme rundown is listed below for your information –

• 4:15 pm Workshop on “Innovative Thinking & Club House Space Utilisation”
• 6:15 pm Cocktail Reception
• 7:00 pm Chairman Address & Prize Presentation
• 7:30 pm Buffet Dinner Starts
• 8:00 pm Stage Performance, & Lucky Draw
• 10:00 pm End of Function

Members are welcome to join the dinner with their guests. The dinner fees are:

• Member & one of his/ her guest(s) $450 per person
• Non-member guests $800 per person

Buffet dinner coupons can be reserved by returning the attached “Reply Slip” by 28. March 2024 (Thursday) together with a crossed cheque payable to the “Hong Kong Recreation Management Association Limited” and mail to “P.O. Box 9044, General Post Office, Hong Kong”. Coupons will be available for your collection on the day at the reception table of the Annual Dinner. You may also return by e-mail the Reply Slip together with a copy of the receipt for reservation or, you may pay the fees at the reception table on the event day.
