Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 20 April 2024 at 6:00 p.m. At Grand Ballroom, 2nd Floor, Courtyard By Marriot Hong Kong Sha Tin, 1 On Ping Street, Shatin, N.T

Please note that the current Executive Committee members: Mr. KWAN Chung-wai, David, Dr LAM Huen-sum, Michael and Dr. LI Sai-sum, Sam will finish their term of office in this AGM. Nominations are therefore invited for the vacancies of the Executive Committee for the sessions 2024-2027. If you wish to make any nomination, please complete the attached Nomination Form and return to the registered office of the Hong Kong Recreation Management Association on or before 10 April 2024.

Agenda of the AGM:

1. To confirm minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2. To receive reports:
   a. from the chairman
   b. from the treasurer
3. To elect members for the executive committee
4. To appoint auditor

Notes: A full member may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf at the Annual General Meeting. The proxy form is valid only if it is deposited at the registered office of the Hong Kong Recreation Management Association at 21/F, Tai Yau Building, 181 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on or before 6:00 p.m., 18 April 2024.
